Resume : Pixel Pack 16-bit est un icon pack payant. L'app ne collecte aucune donnee personnelle, aucune donnee n'est envoyee a un serveur tiers a des fins commerciales ou publicitaires, et aucun cookie ni tracker n'est utilise.
L'app utilise la permission Android QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES pour
lire la liste des applications installees sur ton appareil. Cette liste est
utilisee localement, en memoire, pour calculer le compteur affiche dans
l'ecran d'accueil (par exemple "82 % de tes apps installees sont themees par
le pack"). Cette liste ne quitte jamais ton appareil : elle
n'est pas stockee, pas transmise, pas envoyee a Mobixpert Studio ni a aucun
tiers.
L'app peut lire des informations techniques standard fournies par Android (modele d'appareil, version du systeme) pour adapter son affichage. Ces informations restent sur l'appareil sauf dans le cas decrit en section 2.2 (mail de support).
Au lancement de l'app, un token signe par Google Play Services est envoye
a un serveur de verification (Worker Cloudflare heberge par Mobixpert Studio,
endpoint https://iconpacks-integrity-verify.*.workers.dev). Ce
token est utilise uniquement pour verifier que l'app a bien ete achetee depuis
le Google Play Store par le compte Google de l'utilisateur. Le serveur :
Le resultat est mis en cache localement pour 14 jours afin de permettre l'usage de l'app hors connexion.
L'ecran "Demander une app" du pack ouvre l'app mail par defaut de l'utilisateur, avec un message pre-rempli contenant : le nom de l'app demandee, son identifiant package (si fourni), un commentaire optionnel, le modele de l'appareil et la version Android. L'envoi est entierement a l'initiative de l'utilisateur. Si le mail est envoye, son contenu arrive a l'adresse de support de Mobixpert Studio et n'est utilise que pour ajouter l'app demandee dans une prochaine version du pack.
L'app communique avec les services tiers suivants, dans les conditions decrites ci-dessus :
L'app ne contient aucune publicite. Aucun SDK d'analytics (Firebase, Google Analytics, Adjust, AppsFlyer, ou autre) n'est integre.
L'app est destinee a un public general (classification PEGI 3). Elle ne collecte aucune donnee personnelle, donc aucune disposition specifique relative aux mineurs n'est requise au sens du RGPD ou du COPPA.
L'app ne collecte aucune donnee a conserver. Le cache local du verdict d'achat est efface en desinstallant l'app ou via Reglages Android > Apps > Pixel Pack 16-bit > Stockage > Effacer les donnees.
En cas de modification, la date de derniere mise a jour en haut de cette page sera changee. Pour les changements substantiels, une notification sera faite dans la description de l'app sur le Google Play Store.

Summary: Pixel Pack 16-bit is a paid icon pack. The app collects no personal data, no data is sent to a third-party server for commercial or advertising purposes, and no cookies or trackers are used.
The app uses the Android QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES permission to

The app may read standard technical information provided by Android (device model, system version) to adapt its display. This information stays on the device except in the case described in section 2.2 (support email).
When the app starts, a token signed by Google Play Services is sent to a
verification server (Cloudflare Worker hosted by Mobixpert Studio, endpoint
https://iconpacks-integrity-verify.*.workers.dev). This token is
used solely to verify that the app was actually purchased from the Google
Play Store by the user's Google account. The server:
The result is cached locally for 14 days to allow offline use of the app.
The "Request an app" screen of the pack opens the user's default mail app with a pre-filled message containing: the name of the requested app, its package identifier (if provided), an optional note, the device model, and the Android version. Sending the email is entirely at the user's initiative. If the email is sent, its content reaches the Mobixpert Studio support address and is used only to add the requested app to a future version of the pack.
The app communicates with the following third-party services, under the conditions described above:
The app contains no advertising. No analytics SDK (Firebase, Google Analytics, Adjust, AppsFlyer, or other) is integrated.
The app is intended for a general audience (PEGI 3 rating). It collects no personal data, so no specific provisions regarding minors are required under the GDPR or COPPA.
The app collects no data to retain. The local cache of the purchase verdict is cleared by uninstalling the app or via Android Settings > Apps > Pixel Pack 16-bit > Storage > Clear data.
In case of changes, the last-updated date at the top of this page will be changed. For substantial changes, a notice will be posted in the app description on the Google Play Store.
